No Risk First Hour
Due to the subjective nature of the services being preformed, NED understands that small businesses can be hesitant about hiring a design/marketing firm with which they have no prior experience. To alleviate this concern, the first hour of the first project that NED conducts for a new client will be executed and then submitted to the client for their approval. If, at that time, the client feels that the design and style of NED is not what they are looking for, then the project ends with no financial obligation to the new client. If, on the other hand, the client is pleased with the progression of the project, approval is given to continue by the new client, and that hour is billed along with the remainder needed to complete the project, as previously estimated.
Project Estimates
Before beginning any new project, the selected project manager will conduct an information gathering meeting with the client. This gathering and planning stage is established to help NED ensure that the project goals are fully understood and can be addresses properly by all future efforts. The client will always receive a written, good faith estimate of services and costs needed to complete the project to the client’s satisfaction before any work is begun.
